  1. What are your terms of payment? We accept the following terms of payment for our properties:
    1. Cash.
    2. In house financing at no interest at a maximum of one (1) year with post dated checks.
    3. Bank loan, preferably with Banco de Oro. Since we are an accredited developer and broker of BDO, this bank gives us the highest appraisal and loanable amount for our properties. Buyers, of course, are free to choose a bank of their preference.  The balance or equity is payable in cash.
    4. Bank loan with equity payable up to a maximum of one (1) year with post dated checks.
    5. Government institutions such as Pag-ibig & SSS are also acceptable, subject to a favorable review of requirements.

  2. Is your unit RFO or Ready For Occupancy? Yes, all our units for sale are ready for occupancy. You can occupy the unit anytime or lease it out for immediate return of investment.
  3. What are the other real estate services or transactions do you offer? Rogeland Realty is primarily engaged in real estate brokerage. Aside from selling projects and properties of our family, we are also engaged in brokerage of other properties, particularly in the area of Quezon City. Whether you want to buy or sell your own property, Rogeland Realty can help you find a suitable real estate or buyer. We also assist in documentation such as transfer/registration of Titles & Tax Declaration, settlement of estate (judicial or extrajudicial) and Title verification.
